Every job we do comes with a warranty you can actually read and understand. No fine print. No loopholes. We stand behind our work because we do it right the first time.
What we promise
When we refinish your bathtub, tile, countertop, or sink, we promise that:
- The work is done by trained Fresh Look crew using commercial-grade materials.
- The finish will bond properly and not peel or delaminate when used as intended.
- You'll receive written aftercare instructions before we leave.
- You'll get a written warranty certificate covering the specific work we performed.
- If something does go wrong and it's covered by the warranty, we'll make it right — no argument.
How long it's covered
Our warranty covers the refinishing work against defects in materials and workmanship. The exact warranty period is spelled out on your written warranty certificate (it varies slightly depending on the surface type and service). What voids the warranty
Normal things: damage from abrasive cleaners, sharp objects, impact damage, heavy neglect of aftercare instructions, or modifications to the finish by someone else.
Paying a discounted rate does not void your warranty. A discount is a discount — your warranty is your warranty. Both are in writing.
How to make a warranty claim
Call us at (720) 295-0513. We'll ask you to describe what's happening, typically ask for a photo or two, and schedule a visit if it's covered. No phone trees, no tickets — a real person on the phone.
